This is not the Around the NBA thread. We are talking about the Knicks vs Celtics.I know many of us Knicks fans don't want to hear it but this Celtics team has the ability to make this a seven game series. When they're at their best they're the team that led the Knicks in the first half of three of the first four games.

They are the same team who gets completely blown out in 2nd halves too

They aren't that good

If they actually looked good in winning on Sunday, I'd be maybe a little bit concerned, but they blew a 20 point lead to a team without their second best scorer and with their best scorer shooting 10/35. JR will be back and Melo will not shoot that poorly again. If the Celtics find a way to win game 5, I'll start being concerned. For now, it's even more clear after game 4 that the Knicks are just a much better team than the Celtics right now.

Dude I first saw this in my corrections class. It's actually how I discovered the Boondocks. Incidentally, if you're a big fan of the Boondocks you may not know that the episode where Riley's teacher uses the N-Word (the episode itself is called "The S-Word") is actually based on a real guy.

Is it the consensus that we should take this one comfortably?

I think the consensus is that the Celtics are getting prison raped.

This.

This panic over a depleted, aged Cs team is getting ridiculous.

I think between Melo bouncing back, Swish returning and the Garden crowd, Boston will have an extremely difficult time hanging for even a half.

I think Boston is still dangerous if they have life. If Terry plays as well as he did in Game 4, they'll be a lot tougher. I don't think Pierce will be terrible, and Garnett can still be effective.

So BFS notwithstanding, closing out Boston probably won't be that easy. That said, if Melo and JR shoot decently, I think we have a significant advantage to close the series out. The crowd's energy obviously helps.

Indiana will probably go to 7.
