Neither did Booker, the effort and desire are already there with Collin, he just needs the right coaching. He's 22 years old and just had a very efficient scoring season, put him at the PG spot on our team and he no longer has to defend shooting guards like he does now which is outside his wheelhouse.

How can you turn down someone that destroyed Brooklyn by himself?

Collin is literally everything Thibs wants from his lead guard, not a true pass first PG, but a guy who can give you 30 and keep the pressure on scoring at the rim, mid range or from 3.

Everyone talking about their guy as the perfect PG that Thibs would love.

So glad we stayed away from him. I'm not sure we were ever really interested. At least I hope not.

When are you going to stop jonesing for players who do things by themselves? The '69-'70 and '72-73 championship teams were the antithesis of that. We won't win a championship with that kind of player.

I bet you looked at MJ in disgust when he dropped 63 on Boston

Thibs loves scoring guards, he loves Rose, he shipped Rubio out the first chance he got so he could sign Jeff Teague. Everything you're seeing from Rose right now is stuff Collin can do, except he's 22.

I loved the 2000 1st round series between LAL and PHO when the Suns had Penny and Kidd with the blonde hair.

Marion was just a rookie.

Kobe hit a game-winner in game 2. He was only 21

Steph’s got sneaky athleticism but Lillard is much more so.

the laker/suns game has a really weird atmosphere. doesn't feel like a pivotal game 3.
