people want to get rid of the player that'll easily bring zion over.

we don't need a player to bring zion over just leave a few pizzas outside MSG and he'll come

On another note, I've been listening to Bing Bong by Nems on repeat for the last 15 mins.

Less to do with him realizing and more to do with Randle (& others) finally finding RJ while he has the hot hand.

I almost feel bad Melo can't enjoy our star young player breaking out but then I remember he is a terrible person and lose all sympathy.

I love his demeanor and seriousness approach to the game, I'd love to keep him but if he'd get us a Dame to pair with Julius, I'd do it.

I still see him struggling finishing those layups in traffic against better NBA teams.

I hope I'm wrong and RJ really turned the corner, but it's my take.

would you rather be good for 2-3 years or be good for the next 10 years?

while you think, in 10 years rj will still be poised for a lengthy nba contract.

I understand this, I'm really torn, on one hand, he may have really turned the corner and become an All Star? Also, because his game is not flashy but he takes the game seriously, he may be the franchise player we've wanted all along who not only survives but thrives in NY market and expectations. He just gives you 25-28, 7, and 6 every night with that non flashy game, people don't talk about him as much so it's actually a blessing in disguise for him.

On other hand, this may really be just the top, he just got hot 1 game and he still has trouble finishing vs better teams.

Only consistency finishing those layups, floaters, in the paint in larger sample of games will confirm to me it's not a fluke and he has really become a better player.

After the Harden precedent, Portland will seek to hose another team if they decide to auction Lillard. Knicks would be nuts to be that team. Lillard is a West Coast guy and has not yet expressed a desire to be traded. The most logical trade destination for him is Philly (for Simmons) or even the Nets (for Kyrie).

For all you’re complaining, Randle was 4-9 FGs. He wasn’t chucking away at all. He also had 6 rebounds, 4 assists, only 2 turnovers, and a +2.

it was more of the laziness especially on the defensive end. He is usually engaged but took the night off.

Payton gone and Randle deferring=50-60 wins

IMO, bench still have not got it going and Noel is still hurt.

Just need to see him hustle more, play tougher D, and not take bad shots. He’s almost there. I’m not overlooking 3 quarters against bulls and this game.

People here are jumping all over Randle for playing a team game. His one problem tonight was getting triple teamed when he tried to force his way into the paint. I give NOLA credit for its swarming defense too.

The Blazers would be crazy to take on either of those headcases for essentially a top 3 player in their franchise's history
