I expect us to make some adjustments against Maxey...I thought we defended Embiid well but we defended maxey poorly. We allowed him to go down hill way to easily. He's a good shooter but you gotta make him beat you from the perimeter...if he gets a head of steam and a lane to the paint we gave up way too many easy buckets.

Brunson always bounces back. I'd rather have a rare game where he sucks since once it happens he seems to get it out of his system and he keeps on trucking. If he was hitting his shots this game wouldn't have been close

Maxey was good at the end, made a long 3. First half he wasn’t great

Thibs needs to figure how to get Donte into some groove ... he did have a big 3

Mitch saved thibs there...with knowing they were fouling you have to sub out Mitch on that inbounds and then you can put him right back in on defense.

That can't happen in a big game. Thankfully mitch made them but thibs gotta be better in that spot.

Maxey definitely played well but the rest of the team sans Embiid was thoroughly ineffective. They’re top heavy.
