Maybe rest Hart, IHart, DDV, and Brunson game 3 and then go all in game 4. Extend the series a bit and rest/heal up…

This is doable.
That's assuming it's a mild grade 1 sprain. We'll just have to keep guessing, hoping and wishing until the Knicks officially come out and say he's done.
Woj is fairly accurate and his report is not too bad, haven't ruled out G4, unless it's more WWF fakery
But if we go by this barometer, and it's not fake, then that's good news
We did wait for OG for a long time but an elbow is less straightforward than a hammy
The Randle thing is not the same
But yeah I also don't disagree with you

Bigtime. We could match Pacer with Pacer. Just trade blows for a spell while guys like Hart rest up.

the funny thing about resting the starters is that
we dont even have enough guys left to throw away a game.

Of course not. Why would you? Pacers are getting punched in the jaw here. You run the risk of letting them gain confidence with a W.

Bojan is a pencilline for defenses like the Pacers... and it can kill their momentum at any time with quick consecutive 2-3 or even more shots made

And we could let McBride, Burks, Precious, Sims and Brown Jr. basically play 40+ mins each to get reps and McBride and Sims will be needed until OG can hopefully return.

TKKnicks1 wrote:I'd like to hear what the official diagnosis for OGs injury is. A grade 1 sprain has a much better outlook than a grade 2 or 3. Knicks are always hush about injuries. We probably wont hear anything until an hour or two before tipoff.
And the KNICKS are exactly right to remain hush about any injuries during the playoffs.
They have no way of alerting the fans about the OG injury without tipping the info to Indy and providing them an upper hand. Our curiosity to know is not as important as their need to stay competitive. We'll find out soon enough.

Re: GT: New York Knicks @ Indiana Pacers (Fri, 7PM)
I’m not even sure we’ll see OG again these playoffs even if he’s strain is only a level 1. Best case is 2 weeks and with OG, it’s never the best case. Let’s hope we can steal 2 of the next 5 games without him. Thibs should really dust off Shake too for tmrws game cuz we just need bodies.
I'm apart of a Knicks podcast! You Should check it out!
