I'm a little concerned there will be a strong appeal case. Like, he obviously did it with the porn star and paid for her silence inappropriately (<- this will never not be funny) but from what I've heard there isn't really certainty on jurisdiction nor the second count that raised each offense to a felony.

I don't want to sound like I'm cheapening Stormy Daniels but Trump literally paid 140k for a one night stand. All he needed to go was to a strip club off of Queens Blvd for a lot less.

Just a quick note for fact checking purposes: Biden and the Democrats negotiated a bipartisan deal to shut the border down. The House GOP voted against it on April 20th at the request of Donald Trump.

given the context and how the whole trial went down, and what he is a "convicted felon" for, I'm not too worried about it. it's clear as day it's a politically motivated "conviction", and unprecedented.

It certianly is not going to make me think "oh ill vote for Biden now!". give me a break
