Mikal really needs to become a third 20 point scorer on this team. We can't have this one game on and 10 off crap. I hope he's just saving it for the post season.

I've been saying since November, bench Josh, that way Mikal gets more touches and gets to be a playmaker more... when he makes plays, he gets to shoot more and be more aggressive. When he's aggressive offensively, he's also defensively.

Josh boosts our bench, he gets to play 30 mpg still. Win win win for everyone
