Yooooooooo! LFGoooooooooo.

Been posting my antics in the G5 PG thread, but I impulse bought flights (on miles) and a single floor seat behind the basket tomorrow!

If you see a maniac Knick fan trying to distract the pacers second-half FTs tomorrow, that would be me. If there’s a clutch late game FT attempt by Halliburton, somebody please start a bail money GoFundMe because I sure AF would get ejected if it meant an extra point.

Dood no way!! Bro so happy for you man
Give em hell bro. I better hear you blaring thru the broadcast.

I...Pacers, have a question...to answer...your question . As you, pacers, travel to... game 6 by conventional means, the normals you travel with...experience... malfunctions.... As you realize ALL THAT IS LEFT is total self-destruction, do you, pacers, show self-pity? DO YOU, pacers, try to reason why? Do you, pacers, try and comfort...the normals that have even more fear...than you? Or do you, pacers, kick the doors out? Kick the cockpit door down. Take the two pilots...that have already made the sacrifice, so that you can face the challenge. Dispose of them, pacers. Assume the controls...pacers. SHOVE THAT CONTROL INTO A NOSEDIVE, pacers! Push yourself to total self-destruction. AS YOU REALIZE, pacers, you are about...to enter...a world...close to Parts Unknown. Ah, smell it, Warriors. DO YOU, pacers, look for a place to hide? Or do you, pacers, face the challenge that may be more powerful THAN EVER YOU ARE, PACERS!? You, pacers, must self-destruct so that you will know, pacers, who is...The Chosen One. FOR PACERS, I am not the Chosen One...that you speak of... I am not... I, PACERS, am...The Only One...

Carlisle is going to adapt somehow tonight. If you were him, what would you do? Logical thing would be to try to free Hali from full-court pressure (screens, somebody else initiating the offense etc.). Do you think Thibs is ready for this?

i think we have the tape for our best version. like kat always says, it'll come down to whether or not we can execute. we've shown we can defend this relentless offense. let's do it again, take care of the ball, and compete for another win

Their players legs are a tad younger than ours. That's the only advantage I'm worried about. Are they going to find a way to fully exhaust our guys?

Here is an age comparison between both rosters (only listing players who have played more than 1 minute in the series):

KNICKS
Delon Wright (32)
Cameron Payne (30)
Karl-Anthony Towns (29)
Josh Hart (29)
Jalen Brunson (28)
Mikal Bridges (28)
OG Anunoby (27)
Landry Shamet (27)
Mitchell Robinson (26)
Precious Achiuwa (25)
Miles McBride (24)

PACERS
TJ McConnell (32)
Pascal Siakam (30)
Myles Turner (28)
Tony Bradley (27)
Thomas Bryant (27)
Obi Toppin (26)
Aaron Nesmith (25)
Andrew Nehmbhard (25)
Tyrese Haliburton (24)
Ben Sheppard (23)
Bennedict Mathurin (22)

- As many as 6 of the Pacers' main rotation players are under the age of 27
- Of the 3 Knicks' players who are under the age of 27, only 2 are rotation players (McBride, Robinson)
- Only 3 Pacers players are 28 years old or older
- As many as 6 Knicks players are 28 years old or older
- Knicks players aren't old, but Pacers are collectively younger.
- Knicks players have slightly more experience, but not a whole lot more.

Thibs is slow to react to opponent adjustments and slow to read the flow of the game but Carlisle is limited by his roster the same we are

Bottom line is Hali is not amazing off the ball and they don’t have many players who are great at getting their own shot or even bringing the ball up. Their best player in that regard is probably TJ but nembhart, nesmith, even Hali and Pascal aren’t great at scoring 1 on 1. You can have someone else bring the ball up but then what. The focus should be sticking to Hali and making him uncomfortable even in half court. Their half court offense can be stifled if you stick to them and rotate.

Compared to us we have Brunson who scores at will. We have Mikal who can bring the ball up, run PnR, and get his own midrange fadeaway any time, we have KAT who can get a look downhill almost every play.

If we don’t win this series it’s a serious indictment against thibs. The fact that it has to go to 7 for us to win says enough already in my opinion. Guy has to go.

if they want to really beat the pacers, they have to make adjustments by themselves without the help of the coach
