I respect Philly for keeping both homegrown stars as this how I want teams to build but I think passing on Harden will be remembered as a massive blunder.

Not only would he have elevated their ceiling, Harden has now turned a direct Eastern Conference rival into the favorites to make the Finals, and it's not even close anymore.

Philly's mistake isn't that they could've been better as much as they allowed their competition to get significantly better.

I get what they're doing though, they're going to figure out how to get another star player while keeping Simmons. They have all their picks and could put together a package for the next disgruntled star, because they won't need those picks moving forward.

Hope you're right, we need them to block Brooklyn's road to the Finals. Morey definitely has some assets and you know he's on the trade machine all day.

I don't know if they'll do a big trade this year, but I think they'd beat the Nets if they could get Lowry. They could slow the game down enough that having 3 stars wont really matter much when Embiid is using clock on the other end and they're getting extra possessions. But they do need a better PG, Curry is cool and all but he can't dribble.
