Yes I know, Frank isnt the ultimate pg stoppah and he makes mistakes but he is the best defender we have on the guard position.
Thibs is a 2x coach of the year one of only 10 coaches in NBA history to win the award multiple times that means he is a top 10 coach in NBA history, so we just have to take his word for it when he says that Frank was too bad to be in the rotation in any capacity
