I've been thinking about the tanking thing. It takes a lot more than high draft picks to build a winning team. I don't think last week's win was the biggest problem. I thought they had a chance this year, but they drafted poorly and badly coached and . . . I don't even know. Cursed, maybe?

Unfortunately that Madden thing is VERY real. A 16 year old and an 18 year old have that kind of pull in the halls of Florham Park. They attend org meeting with him and all. The article had the Broncos FO in disbelief that the deal fell apart because Woody thought Jeudy's Madden rating, given to him by his sons, meant he wasn't worth the deal Douglas had worked out.
