I know, but I'm just saying Cena's taken so much more punishment that a couple of German Suplexes don't really make me buy into Cena telling the ref he can't continue.

Just a couple? It was sixteen of them! He didn't land comfortably on a lot of them either.

And he's taken even more punishment than that and still come out on top. I'd take sixteen German Suplexes than be in some of the TLC/Extreme Rules/Hell In A Cell/Elimination Chamber matches he's been in. It's the drawback of seeing Super Cena over the years.

I wish Brock would bring back his double and triple powerbombs. Those were sick.

wolfv wrote:^^^ yeah you're right about that. They could make Brock/Ambrose work. Ambrose has reminded me of Austin for a while now. Maybe re-create the Bret Hart-Steve Austin WM match where Austin passed out with his face all bloodied, but looked strong because he never gave up because he was a crazy SOB. I think Ambrose would be a huge star if that happened.

S*** I'll be disappointed now if that doesn't happen

Don't get your hopes up. Especially after WWE wasting that visual in the Rusev/Swagger match without blood last night.

I've only started watching wrestling again because of Ambrose. He's the total package.

Screw Reigns. He's so damn bland. Ambrose is light years better than him on the mic and in the ring and should be the future face of the company. Rollins is awesome too. The man is a great heel.

I finally figured out that Dean Ambrose is basically the new age Rowdy Roddy Pipper.

A guy who isn't the biggest wrestler or the most technical, but has an unpredictability that works well as both a heel or a face.

I agree on the Roman Reigns things. He is so the Vince type pick. He is the biggest guy, therefore he must be the title contender. But I think the genre has moved on from being stuck in that mindset.

So Ambrose has been written off. I believe because he is doing a movie. I expect him to come back 10x stronger and with a huge pop when he comes back in a few months.

What a way to go though. He was on absolute fire. That clothesline he hit on Rollins was nasty, and props to Rollins for taking it and selling it well.

He nearly beat Rollins and Kane, and it took cinder blocks to put the man down.

Reigns' promos have gotten better but at this point all he has is "the look". I think WWE is hurting him by giving him such stupid/childish moves like the superman punch, and the spear is just not the finisher it used to be. I think it would be fine if those moves were like signature moves, but he needs a real finisher. I mean even a powerbomb would be better as that was what he and shield used for a year. But I think WWE wants a new Cena, so that means using corny moves the kids love

Ambrose is **** awesome. I'm so happy the Shield split up as Dean gets to show everyone just how good he really is

The genre is whatever Vince says it is. But I agree with your assessment.

Movie? Cool. Any info on that? I always thought that if Ambrose had a little acting talent in him, he could be great on screen in an action type movie.

Could they make a Fatal 4-Way match for the title at Wrestlemania?

Brock, Reigns, Ambrose, Rollins

-One wins Royal Rumble (Reigns)
-One cashes in MITB (Rollins)
-How do we get Ambrose in there?...Maybe a feud with Brock?

no details, but it will probably be a straight to DVD thing.

does anyone play WWE 14? I borrowed my friend's copy for PS3 and really enjoy universe mode. I recently purcahsed the $10 online pass so I can get access to online creations, and man it's basically a whole new game now.

I've downloaded 100 new wrestlers, and honestly some of the creations have been absolutely amazing.

There are perfect CAWs of Bray Wyatt and the rest of the family, Goldust, Stardust, Rusev, the Usos, and even perfect one of NXT guys Sami Zayn, Devitt, and Kevin Steen.

Some pretty good ones too of Big E, RVD, Xavier Woods, Paige, etc.

The legends created are also really good. The Sting I've seen is crazy good with so many different attires from Wolfpack, to NWO, to classic, to TNA, to current sting, joker sting, etc. There's a really good Kurt Angle as well. I feel like why wait for WWE 15 when WWE 14 online creations already gives you all of that and more.
