he's like the underwear man. Remember when he said we had an amare trade lined up to a team that couldn't make the trade work under the CBA rules.

i ignored the picks part but i thought the rest of the trade made sense actually

dont give him a reason to believe he will be accepted on this forum

Come on, man? Melo was good at several things but he had a lot of deficiencies as well. Let's not act like he was the poster child of franchise leader. A lot of us are/were high on KP because of his mentality coming in. You, as much as anyone, knows that NY respects the hustle and little things.

If KP is leading by example, doing the little things like standing up in the huddles, playing team ball, working his ass off, taking D seriously, etc., NY will always love him.

I was around when the fan base turned on Ewing...I remember it clearly. Turned on Ewing, then Allan Houston, Sprewell turned on himself , then Marbury, Randolph, Amare's body turned on him, and finally Melo. History says KP is going to get it too.

I'm not the one calling for suspensions and bans because someone doesn't agree with me about Melo. These "men" are.

There was a post in a forum four years ago about carmelo, sort of accurate :

"Carmelo has the worst shot selection . Average 3 point shooter and not athletic enough to dunk . I say he's going to be done in 4 years cause he is predictable on offense."

it'll be fun when someone is wearing #7 this fall, that'll show how little melo means to them.

Bernard carried us on his shoulders to game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Celtics with Bird, McHale and Parish. Melo never even sniffed that as a Knick. Please. I watched a lot of Bernard King. Melo can't hold his jock strap and I don't care what Melo's numbers are. He never had, nor will have, Bernard King's heart.

Brings a tear to my eye whenever I see BK on the floor in Houston pounding his fists into the court. He was sooo good.

Nothing?! Oh there's bedlam afoot. Stay tuned.

I didn't see anything except some reporter thought he heard something then deleted his tweet.

We should give it to tim hardaway jr since lee wears his old #5 jersey now and the #10 THJ used on the Hawks is retired by Clyde already

Any reports if Morey had promised CP3 that they would do everything they could to get Melo? It makes sense given the speed to get this done.
