Yeah, but there was a ton of competition for CP3. Lots of teams going after him.

question....play terrible defense and get outrebounded every night or live with Tony D/Shumpert/Vet PG signing?

I will take the option with Douglas, Shumpert and a vet PG over getting outrebounded and playing no defense.

I usually don't wish for player injuries...and didn't even for LeBron.

But I hope Bynum goes down and Lakers end up center-less and powerforward-less.

And then to add insult to injury, CP3 decides they aren't a contending team with an old Kobe and goes crosstown and joins Blake.

Can you believe the Lakers flipped Kwame Brown for Pau Gasol and then Pau Gasol/Odom for CP3. Only in Lakerland.

We don't have to sign Tyson right away. We can amnesty Billups and trade Turiaf, and then get Baron, save Tyson's official signing for later.

The Hornets got a great deal, assuming this is all accurate. Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, Lamar Odom, and Goran Dragic is a very good package for Paul. They're not really getting any youth, but they're at least going to be in the playoffs for the next few years.
