I understand some want to see KP lay bricks on someones face or show some alpha spirit. But you have to think about the future. Him being punished, labeled as bad boy by refs or just dirty player is no good for the Knicks and future of the team. Get some Zaza or Green who can afford being that dirt kicker. Get KellyO who can rip someones shoulder out and weaken other team so you can coast in PO.

Na man.. Gotta be a goon before you can call on the goons. Having goons do you work for you wont get you respect in this league. KP gotta let that dog out on somebody. Not just fake front like he wants to throw down.

Yeah...If KP was 27 28 and he is our star...no doubt somebody better have his back in this situation...but at the same time, you gotta be willing to get your hands dirty yourself. Nobody is saying KP had to punch dude...but KP has to do a little more to gain my respect after almost having his arm ripped out of his body. It was a vicious, malicious attempt to injure KP... It was done intentionally to hurt him... Im taking randolphs head off and plaquing it on my wall if im KP. Maybe its a good thing im not KP though :D

KP should've given a hard push and stare down. But not too long of a staredown. Don't wanna confuse the guy. And when he pushed him it should've been a hard enough push to make him move but not too hard to send him down on his ass. When the guy stares back, KP also should have snarled. Not like a pitbull but a Doberman so the guy knows he doesn't need the glamour for his ferociousness.

Ok...? There's really nothing else to be said, that's why I'm leaving. Your posts are beyond stupid and don't deserve a response from me anymore, and I don't appreciate having Ill reading into my posts like I'm trying to say something that isn't there. It's that simple.

Well it goes the same way fam. I dont appreciate yo trying to Put Pushing back as some form of "street cred" or "Playground" antics. I bet you did not feel that KP was on the Playground or was looking for street cred when he pushed Chriss Back. Im confident you didn't.

Was Curry on the Playground here? Was he Looking for street Cred here? :-?

I come from the environments that you are so called saying are beneath the actions of what KP should have done. So Yeah. I dont appreciate your comment either trying to imply there is something "wrong with people like me"

Look at yourself sometimes bro. You still cool with me regardless, but like I said there is two sides to this and I explained what I meant so leave the racist point out of it.

Can't help it, I'm a Knicks fan and want them to have a star in the future. To be a star needs to be stronger mentally and physically, and not afraid of Randolph.

He would have gotten a long, long DSQ if he was as dumb as you want him to be. Plus, this way he could have hoped to only get a Tech on Randolph and save the game by nailing FT and then sinking a 3 pointer. So what you're suggesting is beyond dumb.

Are you 5 years old? Serious question. Why does he need to retaliate when he just spent the entire game **** on him...? Hm?

People who think he "should have gone after him" have something wrong with the way they think. This isn't a game on the playground or anything like that. "Street cred" means jack **** in real life.

So only on the players on the "playground" is where Players Stick up for themselves ??... What are you REALLY trying to say. SMH.

that playing in a playground where there's no rules, no refs, and no fines is different in a setting where there's consequences?

I'm no fan of Randolph or what he did to KP. But cats calling him the n-word and him getting death threats just reveals the character (or lack thereof) of the person hurling these racial epithets and threats is lower than Randolph's for trying to injure KP. Seems about on par with some of the closet character of some of the posters on our very own board.

Anthony Randolph wrote:“The nights and days following that incident I had Latvian fans, Turkish fans and people from all over, people in New York, leaving comments on my page calling me the ‘N-word,’” Randolph said. “They were saying I was trash and that if I come to New York they would kill me. It was pretty interesting. I didn’t respond to anybody or waste my energy on stuff like that.

“It was confusing to think that people would feel that strongly about a grown man that they probably have never met.

ALl the greats. In a league of alpha males, you gotta be an alpha male.

Just because they all fought someone doesn't mean they were the winners of that particular fight. No one got KO'd. No one backed down until ref came along. Nowadays for fights you get punished. Then your alpha puppy will sit on the bench and watch team struggle w/o him.

Then we further position ourselves for better odds at a higher lottery pick. With that in mind, I want KP to thug it out wit cats like once a week.

I peeped the lowkey comments about Randolph "not even being European" and "going mad hard for a country he isn't even from" and knew what was the feeling being implied beneath the surface. It's 2017 and people still got mad issues. The recent presidential election underscored that fact. I just prefer when people are upfront about it and it isn't hidden. Cuz that way I know who to deal wit and who not to fucc wit. This why I respect white nationalists. They upfront wit their schit. The dude sitting beside you in the next cubicle or your fellow Knicks fan who you talk ball with is way more damaging when they reveal themselves.

KP ain't top 25 yet

I'd say around the 40 range is good for him based off last year, low 50s even

He def wasn't top30 last year.

But all these ranking are what they expect from guys this year.

Top30 players is pretty generous, but not impossible.

Return to New York Knicks
