2 is a bit excessive. 1 is good enough for me. Oh, and they take Randle back.

So is 40 Million for an injury prone 35 yr old.

From ATL:

Cavs and Knicks have been in talks of a trade with Okoro being the target.

The dreaded 3 on 3 and 1 on 1 workout.

Hopefully they had Steve Mills locked in a closet over at MSG Entertainment and someone slipped Perry a sleeping pill.

All kidding aside though, if Perrin and the junior whiz kid draft genius think he's the one, not unlike Perrin told Utah to move up for Mitchell, then why not. I guess.

Note: I'm not remotely comparing the playing styles or college careers of D. Mitchell and Okoro.

Also, I feel like the Atlanta guy is proposing every single possible scenario, so later he can talk about "how he called it", when he was wrong on 95% of everything, but got two trades right.

Then again ESPN built an entire industry on this behavior, so why not?

Why stop there? Why not put him on the Dwayne Wade path, since just comparing players makes them great? (While, obviously, disparaging them by comparison it totally accurate. :D )

To be fair, everyone is talking to everyone before the draft. A lot of discussions take place where the other side either isn't interested or the two sides can't agree on value. So good information can easily end up not happening... but that also makes it easy to make up plausible scenarios :-)

I love Okoro. I know its a bigger risk with RJ shooting/Mitch if it doesn't develop. But man if the shooting gets respectable he is one of the most talented prospects in the draft.

He is also a thibs pick through and through. He wants his Deng/Butler player on the knicks.

Thats my feeling as well.
Everything is there but the shot right now.
If our player development staff thinks they could work with it, lets do it.

IF we are trying to get Okoro, I wonder what they have lined up for lead guard
