@DraftExpress
Tacko Fall will sign an Exhibit 10 contract with the Boston Celtics, a source told ESPN. Pencil in July 8th at 430 at Thomas and Mack for your first TACKO Vegas Summer League fix.

The timing is critical. If he's unsigned irl, I can exempt list him, then sign Meyers Leonard to a one year, $300 deal, and then cut him.

However, you will be responsible for making sure that your bids are legal. If I receive offers that will put your team over the cap, I will disregard the entire offer. Also, if you lead a bid on one player but lose a bid on another, you can not retract a leading bid to offer more for the player you are losing so be careful submitting multiple bids.

Any chance we can vote on this for next season? I thought last FA was great and it's a lot less work for you and more realistic if we can focus on one FA at a time, making a big change like this should be voted on and implemented the next season IMO.

I think we should institute it this year as it's the perfect prelude to how to approach FA with Birds.

I don't think it's necessary to vote this new format for the Free Agency, since it's a change most of us requested one year ago. I also think it should be valid for this year's FA.

I'm not sure what the downside could be to this or how it isn't more realistic then what we had last year? I will agree that it will be more work, but that is why I want to do it this year, to see if it can be done before next years much bigger crop of free agents hits the market. Last year, anyone who commented on FA, requested the opportunity to be able to put multiple offers in at once. I kinda figured this one was a no brainer...should of known better! :D

I'd be more then willing to listen to anyone who wants to discuss possible downsides to this or thinks it should be back to what we did last year though. If more people are against the change, I would have no problem reverting back.

Same as last year and the drafts:

12AM-6AM the clock will be turned off. A legal bid posted at 10PM won't close until 10AM the following morning for the first phase of FA.
