Lakers fan here...I hope it all works out, and you guys keep the guy. I think he belongs in NY his entire career.

Did Ainge do the deal with the Sixers, knowing KP is available? Ainge knows Phil wants Jackson, so he trades back to 3 knowing no way in hell is Jackson going 1 or 2, so now he has more assets and still has the player Phil covets.

In addition to that, our OWN Picks will be higher for a while.

It's pretty much the very opposite of the way the Knicks were run in the 2000's.

The hope NORMAL NBA TEAMS HAVE!!!!! We could go from having no young players (2000's) to have too many young players with high upside for a guy who may leave in Free Agency in 2 years, one of them a very real chance of being an NBA cornerstone post-Lebron in Josh Jackson. I would strut his Knicks jersey the second I can. Josh Jackson is absolutely going to average 20+ PPG or more.

That said, if Kristaps Porzingis is to be traded, it has to be traded in RARE and godly circumstances with a Kings Random with only Josh Jackson included.

If the Celtics want him that bad, have them give up A LOT of their first round picks.

How the hell does Jackson have a higher upside then KP?

He can't shoot doesn't have great length nor is he a freak athlete some are trying to make him out to be

Chriss and Bender are trash. Borderline NBA players. Jackson will be a bust. Someone stop this. Booker or forget it

Pjax is playing one of his jedi mind games on KP. when is he going to realize this aint 1992 anymore. He is alienating every star player in the league. It looks like a total bluff to me, desingned to send KP a message about how to "act".

Im Coming Home wrote:KP isn't getting traded. Calm yourselves.

It'd be a huge step back for the franchise. Even if we traded him for 2-3 lottery picks, the odds that we'll land a potential star with them are against us. Kid is the ideal center for today's NBA, and we dont even know if he's scratched his potential. The fact that nearly every sports analyst/personality and other teams's fans are clowning us about this should tell the damn organization something.

He skipped a f*ucking meeting. Fine him, bench him for a while, whatever. See if you can fix it or if he has it in him to mature before you give up on the best draft pick we've had since Patrick. If he continues to be subversive then nobody will hold it against them to make a move.

Booker, #4, and they eat Noah's contract? That's a good ass deal, but I doubt the Suns would do it.

I started another thread specifically about this scenario. News is looking like Bledsoe and 4th (plus filler) for KP. I wouldn't trade KP for that but that's what I think its looking like mainly

I say no to that. Booker is the only thing that even makes it something worth thinking about.
