Once inflation hits majorly, we're gonna drop hard. I'm gonna wait for that

the stock market, in general, will soon. and if government intervention and regulation sets in, it won't be too different than our regular currency.

if crypto stays decentralized and untouched (it's already being regulated outside of the US), it'll be fine. but it is inevitable, hence why it's already started in other countries.

this will eventually leading to crypto losing value.

So this current/anticipated regulation isn't priced in yet? or it is?

Also when do you think this market drop will happen and how far does it need to fall before you buy more ETH?

It has certainly started, but it's not completely factored in yet. When inflation sets in - which it has started but will soon get worse - it will take a hit as well.

I have been instructed to wait until it drops below $1000, then dump whatever I can. However, it's not a horrible time to buy now if you want to bring down your DCA, depending on where you have bought previously.

I didn't buy at peak, but I definitely got in too late. That's why I'm going to wait for ETH to get below 1000, then I'm dumping.

Picked up a side job, outside of reaching, just so I can be ready for when, not if, that time comes.

I’m confused. If your confident it is going sub $1,000 why are you waiting til then to dump it?

Personally, I think we are close to bottom and will see the overall market start rising in early August and bull run will continue through September/October.
Wouldn’t be surprised if bear market returned after that though.

sorry, by dump i meant dump my money into it. meaning, i'm going to put (dump) all of my extra money (not a lot yet) into it once it gets below $1000

Got ya. Understood now.
My feeling is it won’t get that low. Might be wrong but I’ve been right more often than not. :dontknow:

You may be right. Hell, I hope you're right because I don't have a lot to throw in right now (I'm knee deep in ETFs and indexes).

But of the people I've been watching and reading have been saying ETH is likely to get below 1000

What do you guys think of this bull run? I don't really actively trade Crypto, but it was nice to see my accounts take a big jump these last couple weeks. I've still been buying at my usual rate on dips. I hardly splurged. Crypto only makes up like 5-7% of my portfolio. I would like to bump that to 15% with 10% of that being BTC.

Wish my 401k offered some Crypto funds or something. Many people including myself have asked our providers for one. We want to be invested like 90% stocks and 10% Crypto instead of 10% bonds or cash.

Not many Crypto funds out there thanks to the SEC.

Everything will follow BTC

Price action has followed pretty much as expected since the giga dump to 30k, sideways and lower as more and more fud comes

The fud is going to get worst and worst but if BTC can survive this, it will never go below this level ever again

Do not buy alts until BTC figures itself out unless you are an experienced trader

as expected, here comes the maximal fud with the regulation in the new infrastructure bill

this might be the last boss

massive buy signal on everything if we get good news regarding this bill here (most likely follows a bear trap)

in the mean time, I have been flipping NFTs lately

Too soon for "the last boss", don't you think?

Once they actually start enforcing regulation, I think that will cause more FUD. Right now, it's just words on a piece of paper.

I still think the biggest FUD will be the Biden administration making Crypto miners the scapegoat for climate change and the chip-shortage; and he will actually enforce regulation on Crypto as other countries have done.

Your guess is better than mine. But I think we see 20k before 55k.
