Defund the DEA and ATF so police resources aren't being wasted on minor drug offenses at an outrageous clip. The local police are outraged because the **** election driven mayors are completely hanging them out to dry at every level.

"You're all awful"
but ... "Risk your life to stop looting"

"Risk your life to help the most at risk population (blacks) from being killed by (other blacks)."

There's no upside to be a (black or other ethnicity) cop in a poor black neighborhood. If you do you job and respond to a shooting, and attempt to protect the people who called you (likely also black people) and use force against a criminal you're a nazi. You won't get any training. You will risk your life in the most miserable parts of the city for $35-40K a year. If you do a great job, and empathize with those you serve, and actually de-escalate violence, actually serve your community (for nearly free), the national media and your local (mostly democrat) leaders will still take every moment to call you a piece of ****.

Why wouldn't the police flock to the only other option? There's been zero support for them at the local level which is nearly 100% democrat. There's no 3rd option.

Yeah we're already seeing that in droves. And violent crime is up in all areas where there is lower police presence and the victims are universally not white people. Mission accomplished. 80% of residents in these places are against less police.

But assuming they don't disband the job tomorrow and leave what political party would any sane person expect a cop to endorse? The one almost universally calling them terrible people and calling for their de-funding or Trump? This should hardly even be news.

Meanwhile the veep pick made her career herding people into jail for low level drug offenses and using them as state labor.

Mark Cuban and The Rock would win this election by 400%.
