McGee who was part of that Suns game 7 fiasco? No thank you.

draft Mitch, keep Mitch.

I do agree with you about drafting a center. It doesn’t make sense. Just draft a wing.

McGee has also been on multiple championship teams and the suns had the best record in the nba. Mitch has never played in a playoff game. We could save a lot of money bringing in a stop gap backup center like Javale who at least understands his backup rim runner role in the nba and won’t complain to get us 8 and 8

You're bothered by them laughing at us? I'm not forcing you to do anything. If you want to trash Frank, no one is stopping you.

Frank is goink to be playing significant minutes in the Western Conference Finals, my friend. This is just his first year with Kidd. Why am I arguing this with you? I thought you were on our side?

So in his 4 or 5th year he's playing 15 mpg off the bench?

I guess this is the bar for Knicks first rounders now. I guess it is, considering how much Knox and Obi play(ed)

Came in this thread hoping for some draft information and this guy who is getting 10 minutes is the big topic? These guys will be reporting his minutes in from France in a couple seasons.

For the draft, maybe we will just draft a center I guess since Mitch is gone.

I’d definitely be Ok with a McGee, Howard, Biyombo or any of those old serviceable players. Trade Mitch for a pick and don’t need to draft a center

Technically it is a correct statement he was drafted about a year before SGA

Basically how could you say you thought Frank was going to be SGA when he was in the league before SGA? If anything he Knicks avoided SGA because they thought he was going to be like Frankie…. Which is relevant because so many people are immediately overlooking TyTy because they think he is going to just be another IQ. I remember a lot of people here use to say we shouldn’t take Haliburton either because he was just going to be American Frank.

You are not incorrect. Frank scarred people so bad you can't even be from France. The whole country is on lockdown for us.

McGee is a backup, but we have have Nerlens and Taj already, Nerlens is paid like a low level starter as is. If it's not an impact center don't bother spending money or lottery picks on them.

Thank god we went on that west coast winning streak for Morale. We were right in the 5-7 range in this draft at that point. SMH

I don't really know anything about this draft. I looked up the point guards that are projected to be picked in the fist round.

At #12, I would reach for Kennedy Chandler.

If the Knicks don’t move up tomorrow they need to package that Mavs pick with #11 and try to move up a spot or two and take one of Dyson, Mathurin, or Sochan.

I think he'd be a bit of a reach, but I like him too

That free throw percentage is a big red flag though. 61% is extremely alarming, and he doesn't get there much for being the primary ball handler and running a lot of PnRs

I think the potential is there for him to be really good, but not great. Like a Mike Conley type.
