Losing isn’t fun. The framework of the Rozier/ Lively trade was agreed to over a month ago. The LeBron trade has been in the works for about two weeks.
As I’ve told Smash, it’s great to have him back. Beyond BaF we just want to know everyone is happy and healthy IRL. All the top dogs in the game really push each other to be better. However, between the lines, getting eliminated by his “ghost” during the in-season tourney definitely didn’t sit well. Then recently our longest stretch of losses ever tore me apart. It exposed some weaknesses, but also allowed me to see some potential in other guys.
I love the players I had and wish them well. I’m estatic about landing Turner, Trae and Rozier to come in and help Giannis. Trading Trae prior to the season was probably a mistake, so I’m glad I got the opportunity to right my wrong.
Hopefully we compete up to standard.
