Never thought when I traded him to Hezi that he would release him. I figured he was planning on remaining competitive and add him to the rotation. My only risk I was assuming was that he may trade Thad to a contender, but even then, that contender would have to give up something to land him. Never did I think he would end up on a direct competitor for free.

I had no room for him in my rotation. I absolutely love my backup rotation of Nance and Noel, they give me exactly what I want off the bench so Thad was never going to see minutes on my squad even if I kept him
But I do appreciate the Hoffa waiver pickup, it opened up that extra 38 bucks in cap space immediately giving me 50 bucks at the moment
