Ja, Bane, JJJ and a top 6-7 pick is definitely a heck of a foundation.

in the preseason I laughed so hard at the notion that they would miss Strus and Vincent even a bit.
they produce real players out of nowhere every damn time.

To be fair even the role players that Heat resigns have the habit of underperforming.

Duncan Robinson and Herro both looked kinda bad last year for a while. They seemed to be doing better this year.

they are up and down as well, yes. but people joking about Riley because he didn't get Dame... .
now he kept Herro (who is about 80% of Dame anyway), Jaquez (who's one of the best rookie and killing it) and still has the picks to upgrade. that guy is always winning..

He has serious problems if he feels that he is the victim of his own behavior.

I can't deal with manchildren, i guess that's why NBA coaches get the big bucks.

Both Riley and his coaching tree, now Rose and Thibs duo are serious basketball minds. I remember Knicks franchise run by Fizdale and Scott Perry and the people defending them here... Day and night difference with Leon Rose and Thibs duo.

I am glad NY Knicks are no longer lol-knicks.

Its not like Miami is winning the title every year. Just be a serious basketball team, play a couple rounds of playoffs each year. Last year that Miami team could've been eliminated in 1st round by Giannis if he didn't get injured. Just be around, some stars will ask for a trade, some injuries will happen and you'll get to the Finals.

Sounds like to me Perry was pushing for this trade before he left the Knicks

Riley's ability to find serviceable players on the street is one of the most bizarre things I've ever seen. It's like he doesn't miss.

I’ve watched the Hawks a couple of times recently and they looked as bad as the pistons most of the time. Incredible. I bring this up because they will certainly mail it in and none of their players have impressed me. The only real baller there seems to be Bogdanovic. So I think I’d rather not trade for Murray, even though his skill set may be a good fit after all.

To me the Heat roster looks mediocre. They remind me of Knick level cluelessness in terms of a lack of options. They rely on nobodies and incomplete players. I’ve seen them fight their way to the Finals somehow, but by now, to me, they’re going nowhere.

Yet both, the players and the Heat are still very limited. Butler is insanely good to carry these nobodies all the time. You can see their limitations everyday. It’s ridiculous that they’ve been winning at all.

Bogdanovic OTOH, we should totally go for if they start selling everyone.
