Better chance of Okafor falling to 4 than Towns honestly, and both are minimal at best

Chill bro, you'll be setting yourself up for disappointment. Let's see if he's able to improve his shot 1st

lol true, but instead of going for the top 10 player in 3 years thing, I think that it would be more realistic to go for him being a top 10 point guard in 3 years...he could definitely become that

If Hardaway's bitch ass is still here he better put up Michael Jordan numbers in the summer league

If Winslow is our pick, THJr should sit summer league out and let Justise, Early and Thanasis get the bulk of the minutes at the wings.

Fuq Timmy though. If he hadn't ruined our tank he could have had Towns passing him outlet passes for easy fastbreak layups. Instead, he could get himself kicked further down the bench by Winslow. Yes, I am irrational about this.

Timmy has placed himself in a situation wherein he has to break out big time if he still has any hopes of being a starting SG in this league.

I'm not ready to stick a fork in Timmy yet. He overachieved rookie year and had a terrible sophomore slump. Not the most encouraging but the jury's still out.

The one player who could potentially breakout is Thanasis, if he develops a reliable jumper. But don't hold your breath.

Any info on Alpha Kaba? Chad Ford said he impressed scouts in workouts and could be a late first or early second rounder for a team, scouts are calling him a good draft and stash guy.

Early feasted on the D-league in his appearances and will have had his first offseason of training. I think he could get some attention but all eyes will likely be on Thannasis since his defensive prowess and athleticism have gotten attention already and he's an unknown at the next level (no clue how he'll look, but moocow and a couple of others got a good look at him).

I did not know a person with such a name exists. I'm glad he does.

 I just read the piece back, he was playing 4 minutes a game for a team called Pau-Orthez (no clue about the team) so it sounds like nobody really saw him...but Ford hyped him some. I'd buy a jersey with Alpha on the back.

Do you still think Towns will be like Eddy Curry?

I have a feeling Hardaway will think he's too good for summer league.
