Ive watched a couple of the BATs but never have been picked to participate

I'll take the sixers if avilable but i dont really care what team if they are gone

I'mma be pretty mad if i cant get in this Build a team this time around. I missed the signup the passed 2 times and was told by a mod that a spot would be held for me for the next time. And now i acually log on in time to sign up and there was already a sign up? That kind of blows, it shouldnt be on some first come first served bull **** since some people get on at different times.

Still got dibs on the raptors if im in this.

Well, MP should know where the last thread is. If I remembered correctly he was supposed to take the reins on this.

Past members of BAT get first dibs on this one, though that I remember from the last thread.

And I have a great suggestion for the draft. Lets do it fantasy style with 3 minutes max time between picks, we could bang the whole draft out in a few hours and this thing will move much better that way. We just all have to agree on a time we can be there.

Agree on this. I know how the signups work, i was an assistant last time around since i came to signup too late. But i WAS told i would have a spot for 5.0

If anything there should be a topic that stays up for a few days saying when the signups will be so everyone has a fair shot to sign up. If somone dosnt log in to realgm for a day and its the day signups happen then they are screwed. Not really fair imo. Seniority/being active should definatly be apart of who gets to play and who doesnt. Im pretty active on realgm and too many times do i see drafts get held up because of people who arnt.

I did the last 2 of these and tried to help it run smoothly so here's my recommendation - people who have experience AND were timely with their picks should get priority. This doesn't preclude any of the assistants and, in fact, they were some of the more active contributors in making deals.

So no ballboys, no previous slackers, and only RGM Knick board regulars.

i just did a google search on build a team.. it was made in february.

Build a team is for the offseason...not midseason

Yeah...it was a while back. One of the two has to be made official...doesn't matter to me.

I didnt even want the Wiz but thats what was assigned to me. Im not trying to keep u from playing, I just didnt want to get shut out myself thats why I was letting you know, but hopefully we all get to participate.

I can honestly say that I would never have the patience to run this crap, so it couldn't have possibly been me.
