Don't forget, everyone post on the Raptors GT. Woodson would become the East All-Star HC with a Raps win. We need to be in it together. Raps in 4!

I need a Boston beatdown and a Heat flameout today....

I endorse flopping today and a Gay parade.

They always overachieve during the regular season, since they play in constant overdrive and ride their starters for 40mpg. They also ALWAYS fizzle away in the playoffs.

Their great defense is nothing but a sham- all they do is overload the ball side, which can easily be overcome by good ball movement for easy buckets. It doesn't happen much in the regular season, but their defense will always get exposed in the playoffs when teams have time to adjust.

Bulls will have another 1st round exit. Book it.

2010/2011 - ECF loss to Miami
2011/2012 - 1st round loss to Philly after losing both Rose and Noah

What is your point? Last season was derailed completely because of injuries. A relatively healthy squad made it to the ECF 2 years ago against Miami.

Hopefully your team stays healthy too, and both of our teams meet up in the playoffs this year.

I'm just happy Butler put KG on a poster right out the gate.

Only after you guys take out Miami first, kthx? I do think that with a healthy Amar'e the matchup tilts in our favor.

Very impressed with your young guy, Butler though. He single covers Melo as well as anyone in the league.

Detroit needs to stop bullshiting and let Drummond start. Kid's a beast.

10 Mins in and the Clippers have more than half their points off dunks and lay-ups.

I'm not gonna be able to watch all of this Celtics game because of the announcers. They're bitching for a loose ball foul when Collins was holding Blake Griffin down...and I hate Blake Griffin, but it was the right call. Every time Blake gets a board and ties to go coast to coast, it's an ugly possession...but he did score on a forced jumper so.

Listening to some of these game announcers, there is no way anyone can hate Mike Breen.

I agree if Amare stays healthy, then the matchup tilts in the Knicks favor, especially if Gar/Pax don't acquire a suitable backup C for Noah, because Nazr just isn't cutting it. The other variable is how long it will take Rose to get into a rhythm. No one knows that. Plus, will he be a jumpshooter more than a driver? Will he look to be a PG more as he did in his 1st 2 NBA seasons? No clue.

I don't think either of our teams will play Miami before the ECF. I think the seedings will dictate a Knicks-Bulls 2nd round matchup with the Knicks having HC.

And yep. Butler will probably be our future 2 guard if he can improve his jumpshot. He can defend and drive to the hoop. Plus he knows how to create contact and get to the FT line, surprisingly better than Rose does IMO.

I've got the EC finishing like:

1) Miami
2) New York
3) Chicago
4) Indiana
5) Boston (I know I probably have them way too high, but I think they are still better than the teams I have seeded 6-8)
6) Brooklyn
7) Milwaukee
8) Atlanta

EDIT: Should've said "pure" PG when discussing Rose returning. Was talking about that vs scoring PG version of Rose.

I like Breen, he's just an NBA fan as well, he'll make the play special if it is.

He's not the best we've had, but he is good though.

Which one of these guys is supposed to be the analyst...I feel like it's two color commentators just kickin' it.

I've thrown small things at the television listening to Heinsohn. I wish he did Celtics games on national television so the whole world can share in the hate.

He actually said he hated a specific referee about 20 minutes ago.

Problem is...we used to get Gus the god! So even when Breen hypes a moment it doesn't live up to my lofty expectations any more.
