Yup. He's either already gone or damn close. IF that's what it is, it's a VERY good trade for OKC. When they made that Harden trade I said - look, they're going to make a play for a big at the deadline to bring some balance. They needed a skilled scorer up front.
I figured it would be Martin that would go but this would be even better as Martin fills a need for that team. Great move.
The only question really is whether they have that leadership without Perk.

i do love perk as a leader, and he's an old school bruiser. but gortat has that huge nose and looks angry, and ibaka can block anyone. but losing perk as a leader would hurt them, but i think OKC would look better in the end

Right - not as good as Boozer BUT they keep Martin who is a big part of what they're doing this year. Maybe for that team you even prefer Gortat because he's bigger... Ibaka to the 4.
It would be a very well constructed team.
