This is the big thing right here. I don't know whether or not it means letting JR walk, but Shump needs to be assured 12-15 shots next year. With an off-season of improvement on his offensive game, I think he's ready to shoulder that burden. I expect no less than 15/night from him.

Summer league will be good for Shump he never participated b4 (lock out and injury) I'm sure this is just a small part of his summer.

He apologized for losing the series before he lost the series. JR was so apologetic that he had his worst game of the series AFTER apologizing, in Game 6, when he sat around doing nothing as an easy board fell into his lap but was stolen, and as he missed a key box-out. We barely lost the game. Had he just hustled in both those plays, maybe we win the game. We were damn close to doing so.

He's all talk and has no motor and no work ethic and is dumb and immature as HELL. But whatever floats your boat I guess. You're guaranteed to see your Knicks suck with JR a major piece. But if you'd rather go down with JR then see a team that actually goes somewhere, that's your choice.

That was before the game. It was in response to the Rhiana instagram. But the point still is Shumpert isn't the only one to say something like that, no matter how much you want it to be.

He sucked the worst AFTER apologizing. Why would it change next season AFTER he gets paid? Come on man. You know the truth here. The truth sucks but pretending up is down does nobody any good.

He played well for a few weeks. Then it came crashing down. As I've said previously, that's actually worse than him just being mediocre. As it turns out, we were pretty convincingly beaten by the Pacers so the extra 5 wins did us no good. And we ended up relying more heavily on him than had we developed sounder ways to win. Like Copeland, who was tried too late.

Anyway, I'm not going after you. You are a reasonable person and in my heart of hearts, I know you know the truth.
