Cut Amare and Bargnani, trade Hardaway and both Smiths, give the bulk of the minutes to Larkin, Early, Acy, Shumpert and Aldrich. It's the only sensible thing to do.

lets trade some assets and take 1st round picks... trade Stat or Bargnani to 76ers to gain trade expection for next year?
