Doesn't mean that's the case. It looks like a lot of teams are expected to lose money because of the pandemic, so who knows what the situation in Utah is going to be. If players salary is seeing a cut then certainly front office guys are going to feel the effects of it too. Perrin might have left simply because the money was on the table for him. With Perry's uncertain future there does seem to be an opportunity there but these guys worked together before and now there are a lot of guys with specific roles to play so I don't think Perrin was brought in to do anything more than what he's specialized in over the years. Rose is assembling a team with guys who are respectable for specific roles, like cap management, player scouting, not sure what Scott Perry specialized in maybe its staying on top of phone calls

but ultimately this is how most teams run an organization.
So far Rose seems to be doing the right things and not putting more on one person than they are qualified to do
