Tbh I don't think Mitch's defense is THAT much better than iHart's has been recently. Like yes he is better, but not so astronomically better. And iHart is so much better for the team and ball movement, passing and spacing on offense that its really hard to ignore and just wanna give that up, especially since we've been playing so well.

I wasn't a believer in this myself until recently and how much iHart runs our offense basically while Brunson goes around scoring.

Tbh I don't think Mitch's defense is THAT much better than iHart's has been recently. Like yes he is better, but not so astronomically better. And iHart is so much better for the team and ball movement, passing and spacing on offense that its really hard to ignore and just wanna give that up, especially since we've been playing so well.

I wasn't a believer in this myself until recently and how much iHart runs our offense basically while Brunson goes around scoring.

Is that so? Mitch is a great defensive presence but not much more than that. Hart is a good defender in his own right but he is much better on offense as well. Not only those short hook shots but also his 70% free throw shooting and his passing ability as well. For example, I can envision a healthy Hartenstein getting you 12/12/2 on very effficient shooting and good defense while Mitch remains extremely limited offensively.

But it is a great problem to have anyways. That Center duo will be devastating for opposing teams to handle.

In any event, Mitch is better at some things and iHart is better at some things but a platoon of those two is a REALLY good C rotation. Maybe iHart starts some games and Mitch starts others.
