Can the Knicks fit TJ Warren onto the roster in February?

I have lost track on how many two-way contracts they have since they made a bunch of moves recently.

If they want him on the NBA roster, they can make a move at the 14th or 15th player level I guess...

Edit: They have 3 players on two ways so TJ can't move in that direction...

Boo Buie - just signed a two way
Kevin McCullar is on a two way, at least until he gets healthy.

Who's the 3rd? Toppin?

In theory, TJ could get a roster spot that they're tentatively holding for Shamat later in the year, or they could cut Boo and sign TJ to a two-way, so it could happen, or maybe (not sure how this works), another team can sign him if the Knicks don't.

He's probably a 14th man anyway, at best, despite the pretty numbers in the G league.

I'm sure some people knew this, but I got wondering why they called it the "G" league. D league made sense - developmental league.

Apparently (I googled it). The "G" stands for Gatorade.

I know it's been the G league a long time. I just don't think I ever knew why, or if I did at one point know, I'd forgotten.

I still call it the D League. I was just messing with you though.

FROM SHAMS:

The Indiana Pacers are signing 7-foot-2 Moses Brown, sources tell ESPN. Pacers add a center in the wake of Myles Turner’s injury and Achilles tears to James Wiseman and Isaiah Jackson. Brown enters his sixth NBA season after averaging 19 points and 14 rebounds in G League.

Mo Brown can fill up a stat sheet nicely. He's a Pacer now. They needed a center and signed Mo.
