Charlotte under Jordan has been the worst in the league at player talent evaluation.

We gave up the GS26#2 and the NY31#2 to facilitate the trade. Minny gave up one as well. I'm thinking the 2031 pick may have just been for this guy that Rose wanted to pick off.

I had hopes for Dadiet improving the SF position but he ruined it.

Has potential, always injured, likely never coming over

Still, fun to think about what-ifs.

Could one of or all of the following:
He is recovering from back surgery and they want their picks back
He doesn't wanna come to the NBA and they want their picks back
He sucks and they want their picks back

I was just playing man. I have no idea about anything related to this kid. : rofl:

This is a new year and we are rooting for a title contender from jump. I'm going to be nothing but a ray of sunshine around here. Unless the team pisses me off. I love everyone who is rooting for his team to win games and enjoy being a fan this year. All that old BS about fan favorite players vs each other and receipts and who thinks they are all knowing and all seeing. FOH! Ain't nobody got time for that! I'm getting too old and life is getting shorter every day. I'm on some new shyt now!

LFGK!

Nnaji actually didn't want to be drafted by Charlotte and he let it be known. So right off the bat there's been bad blood with this relationship. Apparently he had a "wink wink" deal with another team picking further down in the 2nd that was more "ideal" and he was pissed when the Hornets drafted him at 31 lol.

Nnaji will get a chance for meaningful playing time this year. He was loaned out to Girona from FC Barcelona.

9'6" standing reach :o

I heard 9’4” but yeah. He’s a project with upside in a couple years. We’ll still need some bench help this season.

He was a good draft pick, just that he was too young to come over then under 18 I believe. If he works hard this year this young pup is going to be a problem around the rim in 2 years. Ala Deuce.

Willy Hernangomez grew up in the Spanish league and they are very partial to their own,

Most likely case is he plays out this year at Barcelona and he has a small buyout allowing him to come in next season if he still doesn't have an expanded role. The Knicks can at least give him extended minutes in the G-League to develop while spending time with the main roster.

Bro he James Nnajni was born in Nigeria in the year 2004! 2004! Lol

But he' got that Clint Capela look if developed right in G-League. Anyone know why he was a stash? I'm too lazy to search..,:)

Moo told me he didn't want to be drafted by Charlotte and he made it known so he stayed in Europe. Now he is recovering from some kind of back surgery. Not sure what the issue was.

It has been a while. Anyone follow the Euroleague who can give an update on how Nnaji has looked in his return this year? I think he is a sleeper defensive force on a Thibs team.in the near future.
