Im hoping the Knicks have been saving their effort in the preseason for the regular season. Haven't really liked how the starters have looked besides OG and Brunson.

I agree this thread feels like a jinxing ritual much more than a war cry to rally the Knicks troops.

If the Knicks can somehow overcome the curse of this evil thread and win this game, championship confirmed.

idk - i like this game thread either way we can talk sht to melo.

I'm not tempering expectations. knicks went all in so i'm going all in too. I'm not giving the team time to gel - get that number1 seed. I plan on being a maniac and treat this team as if they're better than every other team. knicks by 100.

Thibs will play an 8 man rotation until Precious comes back.
Every starter will play 36 mpg. At least.
Payne backs up Brunson 12 mpg
Hart gets 12 of his 36 backing up OG
Sims, unfortunately, will get 12 mpg backing up KAT
Deuce will get 36 mpg backing up Bridges and Hart as the starters shuffle around between 2,3 and 4
If Deuce plays like crap, Payne minutes increase

If KAT is still a soft defender and Mikal is still shooting bricks then this may become the most overpaid underachieving team since the Isiah Thomas years. Sorry, it’s just the present reality of the situation. Hopefully preseason was just an outlier but hard to be super confident with some of the preseason play and injuries to an already depleted bench.
