Just generally, I hope he's watching a lot of film on these games to read how guys are getting in rhythm without him.
Mitch looks in better shape but his timing is a little off.
Right! He can take over in crunch time if need be. The ball moved around much better this game.

My stream was the kings broadcast and they referenced the Knicks streak of 64-0 going back to 2023 when having a 15+ point lead. Almost like they were trying to jinx it lol
I knew we hadn't blown a 15+ point lead this season but didn't realize the streak was that long.

I saw that too. We basically doubled the lead after that

He can take over late...but it would be huge to get guys like KAT/Mikal/OG going early so that it opens up the game for the entire team.
Brunson will get his...but if others are involved that is when our offense is humming.
Also helps to play the Kings who start arguably the worst defensive 5 I have seen in a long time.
Your last point just killed the mood.

There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Thibs has zero offensive scheme in crunch time other than Brunson save me. And he refuses to even attempt a play.
One day we’ll get a coach who actually runs an offense in crunch time and when that happens the same ppl defending thibs will backtrack

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves and keep in mind that our wins don’t count against most teams.

Thibs is Buck Showalter. He’s good for making a team competitive but limits their ceiling as an actual contender. Really wish we had went after Atkinson instead. He did a really good job with the Nets. Not sure who’s out there atm, but Thibs clearly ain’t it.

Re: PG: KNICKS 'Son' The Sacramento Kings!!!
I'm a big advocate of Brunson not dominating the ball so much but they have had some games with great ball movement with Brunson on the court also. They had 40 assists with balanced scoring in the starting 5 against the Kings last time. The offense does tend to get stagnant in tougher matchups. The perimeter defense is clearly better without Brunson though.
It was nice to be able to put Deuce on Monk, Mikal on Lavine and OG on DDR and not feel as vulnerable even with KAT as the back line of defense.

We need to face more teams when they're playing back to back. We'd win 76 games if the league would schedule that for us.
Go Knicks!! Go Mets!!
As for the Jets . . . just keep it entertaining.

That Kings team is an absolute mess, their wings play absolutely no defense, it's really incredible they managed to put together 4 guys that don't play a hint of defense between LaVine, DeMar, Monk and Murray.

Watson absolutely, positively sucks. Keels level.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

It was good entering this game with low expectations on my end. I really liked how the ball moved. 2-1 so far without our beloved Captain!

Most NBA usually give the ball to their best scorer and let him go to work in crunch time. I really don’t have a problem with giving Brunson the ball at the end of a close game. I trust him to make the right play. He usually does. It’s the rest of the game. Too much dribbling.

Mitch is looking better with his timing in deflections; some impressive plays.
The team played fast and took the game on. Well done boys

So we found the secret recipe to beat the Cavs, Celts and Thunder. We just need to make a 15+ point lead during the game.robillionaire wrote:kNicksGmen wrote:My stream was the kings broadcast and they referenced the Knicks streak of 64-0 going back to 2023 when having a 15+ point lead.
