Well the F.O (peeps) would have to take accountability as well. Even if God himself was coaching, this team isn't constructed any better than a 1st or 2nd round exit.

I kinda disagree. I think they may notice if there are lots more instances of Thibs and players getting into it in public (like with Hart in the last game), but for pure basketball it's pretty irrelevant frim the management pov.

This should be a win, the Heat are stealth tanking since they lose their pick if it's outside the lottery. Herro has basically given up on the season after being an all-star and Bam has been bad all season. A loss here would be nasty
