Thibs is the laziest coach ever. He plays starters heavy minutes so he has excuse to skip practicing. He doesn’t have to spend any time trying to come up with schemes since he is not running any real plays anyways. Even in game coaching is not there. He got the substitution patterns to the minute. He may be standing up the whole game but it is obvious his mind is not there. Dude has the best gig in the entire league.

Not gonna make excuses. Team looks exhausted, they literally had to hop on a plane from Texas to Charlotte late, and play tonight.

They need the rest. It's just frustrating to watch a disorganized offense like that right now.

we lack ball handlers that can create for themselves or others. brunson obvious is elite but most teams have more than 1 guy that can dribble into the paint, collapse the defense and draw a foul or kick it out for an open 3.

We had another. He's now playing alongside Randle.

thebuzzardman wrote:Boy, Thibs really gets the most out of a roster. Good thing selfish Brunson is out, since the offense was so bad with him playing.

Oh, and Brunson is out for the year. Don't let the Knicks BS injury games fool you.

Next up, OG or KAT are going down with an injury before the playoffs.

It's like clockwork.

That would be the worst possible thing to happen because it would give Thibs a legitimate excuse for a bad seaosn and Leon would easily keep him as the Head Coach. Best case scenario next to winning the chip would to be at full force and got destroyed in the 1st round so Leon replaces Thibs.

Good thing we won all those “meaningless” games earlier and didn’t pretend like we secured something 20-30 games ago

I had a boss like him in the past.

he would get to work basically used most of the time like social hour...then around 5 when most people want to get home to there families start asking questions about things and wants you to stay late to pretend he's putting in all those hours.

He is is the most ineffecient coach in the NBA. They say he never leaves the Westchester coaching facility...wtf does he do all day long? We never run different player, we don't change up the defensive scheme...he doesn't change up the rotation. So wtf does he do all day long since he's a "gym rat".

The bad thing about Thibodeau having his starters play so many minutes early in the season, it means it's too late for the bench players to get accustom to being on the court together.

WWW is going to make sure Thibodeau is out of here at the end of the season.

We went from 4th in the league to 7th tonight. Might be out of the top 10 soon. Pacers are only 3 games behind us for 3rd in East.

It's what he gets for being so ISO heavy. It's a stupid offense for a team that has so many threats.

Trying not to get too down about these losses but they’re undeniably bad and I’m not sure how to explain it or how they manage to bounce back. The effort level is not there and the body language is disturbing

Fortunately, moves will be made after we get bounced in the first round. It’s clear this team will never become championship level. I believe we saw the peak version of what this group could ever become heading into that OKC road game. We will never go beyond that level. You can bring in a different coach and it won’t move the needle as much as you think it will. The roster is structurally flawed. Trade some guys while their values are high and retool around Brunson.
