Mitchell Robinson looks awful. Is it still a conditioning issue? The dude looks cooked

His game was always about reacting to where the ball was headed and he does not look very quick on the reactions and/or his reads on ball trajectory are way off right now. He hasn't played a ton of ball in the past two years, but at the beginning of last season he started off as a dominant offensive rebounder. He looks kind of lost this time around

LOVED getting a win tonight. It was a very-needed confidence booster.

Also, LOVED seeing Kolek finally get some burn.
He's a decent PG who needs to see the floor more.

GOOD WIN!!!

Seemed like he's still working his way. He did have a pretty un-Mitch move to the basket that I loved. Kolek trying to get him an alley was good, too, but the alley attempt told me his legs aren't quite there, yet.

Not sure if I'm more annoyed by that 42-13 run by the worst team in the league or that Beauchamp off the backboard dunk when the game was pretty much over. Hate it when players do that!

I figured rookies and new guys don't play because it takes so long to learn his complex offense. No?
There goes my hero. Watch him as he goes.

Kolek showed us more fight, more dog, more toughness in 1+ quarter than some of our starters combined did ALL SEASON

This dude is tough, he will hold his own defensively, I want him to be a Knick for the next 10 years !!

I think he has the potential to be an All Star

Great first half, but I'll take it. Beats losing.

Seriously though, it wouldn't surprise me if he was top 3 in Assists if he was a starter. He was the best PG in the nation last year and he doesn't require lots of flair to rack up assists. He just drops it into the player's hands at the right moment. He got 7 in 12 minutes in the first half.

Good first half. Second half, not so much. It was nice to see that Kolek could at least hang with the guys at the bottom of the league. You can see the point guard skills and the opposing team didn't mercilessly attack his defense like some were worried about. Not sure how he will perform against tougher competition but it would have been nice to get him some run throughout this Spurs, Hornets, Wizards, Mavs stretch with Brunson out.

Personally I prefer Deuce playing more off ball more than on ball. I'm not sure how long Deuce will be out but even if he came back for the Mavs game I would still like to see Kolek at the point.

The kid can play. Reminds me of a young Mark Price.

Kolek will get DNP-CD the remaining games of the season. Thibs only plays rookies when there are injuries. Plus he doesn't know how to rotate 10 guys. He barely can keep up with 9 right now.
