Should be a larger arc. But it is an improvement. I still think Mitch should lean into the underarm FT - be the unique brand rebel that is prepared to buy into the stats-ftw and all of that. Be ahead of the curve. Won't happen but would be a great marketing strategy. Mitch=bb-savant etc etc

he does look extremely lean and well put together. and at some point, players either figure things out physical wise- and sometimes he takes a few years. And this is a contract year. He's going to get paid. Big money. Part of me would rather trade Kat and keep Mitch - there are only so many balls and shots, and Mitch fits better- of course, there is fit, and their is availability! Which Kat was even with that broken finger and other nagging injuries.

I hope he stays health, has a big impact, and makes life hard for the FO!

This was actually super promising. I was expecting 60 seconds of tween hesi step back 3s. Glad to see it was primarily post work and one dribble finishes.
He should be spending his entire summer on free throws, punishing mismatches, and 1 dribble (max) finishes as the roller. Our guards need to do a better at feeding the rollman and punishing mismatches but that's a whole other conversation.

Mitch does well shooting FTs here, but there's no defense like only he feels in a game.

It's SOOOO much better than last year. And it looks better now than it did in July. He actually has some arc on his shot.

Last season his form was so much worse than in this video. He could take the pressure off by hitting just 60 - 65% of his FTs.

His form from last off-season training was better than this. Is there more arc? Sure. The mechanics are terrible. Elbow is all the way out, very start-stop type motions. No fluidity at all. Entire shot is wrist meaning any finger/hand injury completely changes things for him.

This is almost Chris Dudley bad.

All I ask for is 60 games and healthy for playoffs. That is all. Is that too much?

Gonna be an interesting season for Mitch. If Hukporti looks good and Mitch looks healthy, I wouldn't be surprised if Mitch is moved. This FO does not really let dudes hit FA, if they can't come to an extension agreement.

If he bent his knees even a little bit more he would give those shots a better chance to bounce or roll in, still has that line drive FT so it’s pretty much an all or nothing shot still lol
