August fatalities gonna be lit too though

I'm BBQ'ing and doing vodka tonics in good ole boy country right now and the local fireworks surrounding my lawn chair are freaking amazing. Neighbors obliging with the light shows. All of my good ole boys do a stutter step when they get within six feet of me and outstretch their arms to hand me their lime cutting knives because I trained them to keep their distance from me

But all the same Florida keeps setting records for new cases so August gonna see lots of coffins

Mayor of Miami just did an about face and is shutting down health clubs and limiting restaurants to take-out again

At 10,000 new cases a day and a possible 10X factor of still undocumented infections, this is now an uncontrolled outbreak and we are just weeks away from the fall-out as the wave of new infections lead to new illnesses and overloaded hospitals

Was lectured by a Trump supporter that not only are masks ineffective, but that I'm basically a puzzie living in fear when the only thing to do is go live my life and get infected, because I'm healthy and my immune system will overwhelm the virus and that only the very sick or very old get sick or die.

And today a 41 year old tony-nominated actor died from covid and new reports are emerging about aerosols being bigger causes of infection than previously claimed

This is why you should NEVER listen to anyone who mingles politics with health issues, because they will always seek out whatever logic that fits their bias. They are not actually concerned about your health, but are willing to sacrifice your health to prove their political points. When doctors and researchers continue to make new discoveries about what this is, I'm sure as hell not going to listen to MAGA health experts

and Florida is full of them

Bottom line: If President Clinton hadn't had the election stolen from her, she'd have coordinated a full response modeled from the Obama administration's Ebola game plan, gotten PPE out to every hospital in record time and would have established a national network of testing stations with the full weight of the federal government backing it. We'd have had leadership guiding the nation and filling the heads of the knuckle draggers with science and gotten out the message that masks save lives. And we'd be a country that would be a model for others. Instead, we're the laughing stock of the world. Trump is a murderer
