Thibs needs to stop allowing us to give up so many wide open 3’s tho… we got lucky Orlando didn’t make a lot of them despite starting off hot. Won’t work against Boston

Chanel hiding after he wrote that thesis on franz having a bigger impact on winning than banchero only for them to lose by 30. Come outside mf!

I think the Deuce and Cam combo needs a nickname. They've been overwhelming opposing benches since before Deuce sat a few games. They're kinda the whole bench, but that also means it's just two PG's outperforming other teams' entire second units...Sims at least helps defensively.

Coming out flat on the last game of a road trip isn’t the end of the world but having it happen in both Salt Lake and Dallas should have lit a fire under their butts. Most of the games they’ve lost have been blow outs. With Boston, the Cavs, Magic, and the bucks surging and this team needs to keep pace. Our next 3 games are against the hornets, pistons, and raptors with things clicking it’s time to start banking a bunch of wins.

We are 8-2 in the last 10 games so I’d say we have also been getting the job done for the most part. Boston and Orlando are also 8-2 in the last 10, Cleveland 7-3, Milwaukee really coming on strong at 9-1. Not too bad though for a team with major new parts that is still figuring things out

Not that I’ve been mathematically tracking it but just checking the box scores every night, it seems like there’s a lot more blow outs this season. It might just be an nba thing that teams look really bad in losses and not just a Knicks things.

I may not "know ball" as well as some, but I know what winning looks like.

I can also spot soft muthafuqas in a crowd. we ain't got none of those.

I’d have to agree, there seem to be fewer close games these days just from my perception

KAT himself said that Thibs is one of the best x and o’s coaches he’s ever played for too.

The majority of our wins have been in blowout fashion. And most of our losses too. There’s no in between anymore.

I definitely noticed a lot of their threes were wide open and I was holding my breath when every shot went up, but they just kept clanking.

Orlando is a terrible three-point shooting team.

I definitely want to see the coach make some adjustments to how we defend the 3 ball, because our path to the finals includes teams that will quickly light you up if you don't lock down the arc.

Yes this is still a concern but Thibs preferrance is to stop paint scoring. When Mitch comes back (and maybe even Precious to an extent) it will allow guys to sag less towards the paint which should in turn help the perimeter D.

As one of the bigger Thibs haters/doubters on this board, I have no quarrel with any of this. The guy is a good coach in many aspects and unquestionably gets results.

And now that that player's gone the Knicks are putting up historic numbers on offense.. almost like people were right and those people that were defending the former player didn't know what they were talking about.

Look at how the other team that lost KAT for Randle has devolved.

Pretty much every high usage player on our offense is a high level efficiency scorer now. Add in almost every one of them is not really a ball stopper but willing passers too. This combination has lead to historic scoring numbers per possession.

This is the kind of offense I've always wanted, not one centered around a player like Randle or Melo which leads to watching one man dribble the ball and is mind numbingly boring. This is now sometimes exhilarating with no one person being a primary option. This is hoops.

I think KAT and Brunson will still be the lead dogs followed by OG and Bridges. Hart will be the do it all and fill in when necessary guy. However the scoring variances will not be drastic as it has been in years past.

Brunson 23-27pts a game
KAT 21-25pts a game
OG 16-20 pts a game
Bridges 16-20 pts a game
Hart 12-16pts a game
McBride 11-15 pts a game as the primary bench scorer
Payne 9-13pts a game

I notice a lot of happy people around here. Where's all of the hate? We need rim protection. KAT sucks. Can't win with Brunson/KAT. Mikal trade will go down as one of the worst in NBA history. OG contract is one of the the worst in NBA history. Yada yada yada.

I think I'm on the wrong site. It's too happy in here with everyone sucking their own dicks! :o I'm just here to say I told you so! Which is me sucking my own dick! PATIENCE MOTHERFUQQERS! We just getting warmed up!

That's 108-136 point swing from our 7 main scorers. Anything we get from Precious/Mitch/Sims is gravy. Tighten up the defense and we will be unstoppable!
