28% from three. Those 15 points plus the turnover points plus Kat's 4 ft misses and that's the ball game. Get some f*ck*ng 3 pt shooters. Get a new coach. Kat and Mikal - both too soft. Get a bruiser up front. Get another "get your own shot" guy.

Absolutely insane to put blame this series on KAT. This is a sweep w/ 2 blowouts in IND if he didn’t take control.

Than I'm insane. Game 1 drops, Game 2 drops. Doesn't manner how many buckets you put up if you can't follow the D game plan. When I was at the garden for Game 2, the amount of times I could hear MIkal or OJ or Mitch yelling on D at KAT was ABSOLUTELY insane to me for an ECF game. They've had over 100 games to work on this ****.

Oh, and Hart. He had a rough one, too.

Game 1? Are you serious??? he got us a 15 pt lead with 4 mins left.

35 pts 12 rebs 11-17 FG 4-8 3PT 9-11 FT

Game 1. Where he wasn’t anywhere near guarding Nesmith. Sure. All his fault.

I don’t have any numbers in front of me but between 0g and Mikal they would be like what -350 on the series or thereabouts?

For those on the fire thibs train and by doing so the knicks will just miraculously take another step, just be aware a new coach will need to either have Brunson or KAT elsewhere, a new coach and those 2 will lead the knicks right back in this spot..sure it might be prettier or different getting to this spot, but you can’t get to the next level with those 2 on defense

Leon always comes out on the wrong side of things in terms of value given up. He has put our organization in a very bad spot going forward.

Yeah Leon gets blown way too much here.

He is average at best.

That Bridges trade is maybe the worst trade in NBA history. It's at least the worst in Knicks history.

And let’s be fair - Leon took over a dumpster fire and has them winning 4 playoff series over the last 3 years with back to back 50 win seasons.

But the look forward is very scary. Bloated cap sheet, no picks for the next 6 years. All built around a high usage, undersized guard who turns 29 this summer.

They will come into next season running the offense the way they did with Julius during the 2023-2024 season, by having it run through KAT if he's still on the roster, and have Jalen be the closer. This is how the offense should've be ran since opening night.

Pure nonsense on the Towns hate, can you get Jokic?Giannis? Prob not, the team has played 1 season together they will be alright but I would try to get Divo, A guy like Gary Trent, we will be fine.

Trying to put this on him, after he was the one starter who won his matchup this series, shows just how stupid this board can be at times.

Great offense but terrible defense. It’s not on any single person though.

His defense is not why we lost this series. Yes he’s terrible on that side. Without him this is a sweep blowout all 4 games

Is that supposed to give us confidence?

Homophobia isn't a joke. This is 2025. Please grow up. You wouldn't post this about any other Knicks players but because KAT sounds funny sometimes when he talks everyone wants to make homophobic jokes about the guy. It's not funny and it's not cool. This is 2025, grow up.

I think he's going to grow, but I think some guys are envisioning Brunson all of a sudden becoming Steve Nash or something when I think the person we should be trying to copy is Steph Curry, and the best help we can give Brunson is a Draymond Green type.

Agree we need to plan for the present reality not expecting him to become something totally different.

Mikal, Hart and Achiuwa for Giannis
Get Grimes for the MLE if possible or trade for Donte if they trade for Durant and might be in need for Mitch! Brunson cant play without a good SG who would free him from guarding full court without the risk of punishing the opp

Add Yabussele, Finney or Portis with the MLE as a backup 4 who can hit the three defend and rebound

Towns / Hukporti / Tucker
Giannis / MLE / 2025 2nd
Anunoby / Shamet / Dadiet
Donte / Deuce / McCullar
Brunson / Wright / Kolek

Hire a new coach that will know how to run a PnR for Towns and Brunson and who will give us more than 5 three pointers in an elimination game

If y'all want Giannis.. you're going to need a stretch big next to him. We're going to need to trade Mitch.

If y'all want to keep KAT... we're going to need to build that bench.

That’s why Mitch and OG are here.

KAT has never been part of the offense while JB runs the show with his Villanova boys.

Thibs needs to go!

I wouldn’t mind another ball handling G in the Starting Lineup next to Brunson. I am so tired of watching him dribble the ball up the court and hold it for 90% of the shot clock. Let him play off ball a little.
