Whew... I just turned in my last final. This semester had me in a chokehold. Anyway, time to lock in with BAF

Sim is weird about stacking scoring. It's why I moved kuminga to the bench last year when my team was still good. He blew goats with the starters.

That makes sense, I’ll probably consider benching Wagner to see if it can have that same effect

Tatum is such an enigma in the sim. The only way he’s unlocked is if I use grind. But the rest of the starters suck if I use grind. If I use post focus the rest of the team looks better but Tatum looks pretty bad. Very confusing on what to do. But it seems like no matter what offense I use we still end up losing.

They really don't like Spida this year. His rating went way down for whatever reason....all I have is Deuce McIverson's handles.

As a newbie I'm definitely seeing what is meant by the sim being a year behind. 2k just updated their ratings again based on recent IRL performances and my squad would be a lot more competitive on that platform (as would some others). Just trying to position myself for next year and beyond.

Yeah, that's what makes it tough with 2nd round picks, is that they need time to develop irl, and you only get 3 years of them in BaF before needing to re-sign them

So you get situations like I just happened to need guys to fill out my bench and saw Cam Spencer and Jordan Walsh were FAs, so I just scooped them up for $1 a year cause they're getting real minutes this year and both playing well. They were just available because last year they didn't play well and it wasn't worth picking up their options.
