Obviously, there's no single or simple answer to that question. It all depends on the amount of leverage the various parties have - and what the available options are.
But to me, if he insists on a no-trade AND I HAVE A REASONABLE TRADE OFFER ON THE TABLE (which may not be the case), I move him. I just dont know what Chicago or Houston has or hasn't offered.
