payton gone

And they probably will both be starters destroying our spacing.

Its a preference which scrub should start but they all suck so its whatever

thats what im saying I don't care who it was. Its more an optics thing. We saw from last year he was about getting his along with randle completly ignoring other players on the roster. So if it was teague or Carter or some other bum I don't care. Just the optics of bring back nearly the entire same starting lineup looks horrible.

Have you seen Teague? He's awful. It would be the same thing so we are really complaining about not getting Teague?

Randle gone and Payton as 3rd PG is the only way this makes sense. DSJ and Frank better come win the job.

i've given up on dsj. i'd suggest we all do the same

I mean, neither DSJ nor Frank are on the roster next year regardless

They're going all in on free agency, and both of them have 17 million in cap holds

Unless they sign a cheap extension, they're gone. My gripe is that we should've found a vet who can shoot to be stopgap for one year. Payton not being able to shoot at all is a huge detriment to RJ, Obi, and Mitch's development.

you can make the argument that they probably should've taken a PG in this draft b/c next years draft is wings/forwards and few PG's outside of Cade, Caleb Love

I actually used to think that Macri was competent/a voice of reason

but coincidentally, ever since he's become an "insider" his takes have been off
