You're high on Vargas? I really haven't followed his career. Was last year a fluke? I understand that he pitched for us at one time.

I wouldn't say I'm high on Vargas, but I do think he can be the Tom Glavine version that we had. Nothing to write home about, but just a solid pitcher. The fact that spring training has started and he was tied for the lead in wins last year goes to show how crazy this market is. Lights out first half last year, a tough rough stretch and finished solid. He's back from Tommy John and should be ready to go. Never hurts to have another lefty on the staff.
