Yeah a derivative suit is possible at least. Very tough to pull off however. But it's something that is within the scope of reasonable.

For a person that complains about people using the "race card" for Lin all the time, you sure use it yourself a lot even when no sane person could see ANYTHING to do with race in my post unless we're talking about the color of the font. You're a terrible poster.
