Yeah. I don't understand how other teams are able to unload horrible contracts like Wallace, Arenas and Rashard Lewis and the Knicks can't unload Amare.

Wallace is still young and can play. 10 million x3 is not horrible.

Amnesty who? Wallace? No, they can't. And they can also buy Pierce out today for $5 mm.

We have a few youngsters stashed overseas, we would keep this year's pick and buy another this year for 3 million. Plus, the only contracts we would have by 2016 would be Deron and Lopez....Whom could either be traded before to open up cap space for the Durant/Love free agent class.

It kind of works out for the present and possible future.

wallace is among the worst. amare is probably THE worst outside of joe johnson. and its not insurable

So you're planning to trade $20mm contracts to someone that will just absorb that space? Please tell me when that has happened previously (Deron and Brook will not be worth that in 2016) and you won't be able to trade 1st round picks at that point except, I guess your 2020, 2022, and 2024 picks.

well, Arenas and Lewis were traded for each other, so there's that.

and Wallace? and Joe Johnsons? well the trade hasnt happened yet so well see.. but anyways the common link for these two is a billionaire russian owner who will overpay to acquire big names (almost like the reincarnation of isiah thomas, but he actually got some decent talent)
