Sure. The first set are very problematic/racist in their own right. I'm just not seeing this as a quote elsewhere. The "amir" account was retweeted by a legit source but I'm not sure that his account is.
Unfortunately I dont see anything else, but the credibility lies with the journalist who tweeted it knowing his position as a senior writer for ESPN and the irresposibillty to retweet something that strong if its innaccurate. As damning as that is I have to believe its legit until proven otherwise.
The more responsible thing to do is hold him to the comments we know to be true, which are plenty damning, while holding that this second round
may be true. Without knowing who amir is (and a picture of a piece of paper like that is plenty easy to manufacture) there isn't enough sourcing yet on those quotes.
I hope that they're not and that emotions are on high but wouldn't be surprised.
